About this project :
CCS was chosen by the Berlin Brands Group, an international e-commerce company in the direct-to-consumer sector, to design and construct their new office in Hong Kong. The office is situated across two floors of West Gate Tower.
The primary design objective was to enhance connectivity among staff members from different teams and departments. To achieve this, breakout pantries were strategically placed at the center of each floor. These areas serve as quick collaboration zones, facilitating interaction and connection between various teams.
Furthermore, the open office space in the back-of-house working area was strategically positioned to provide all employees with the best window views. This arrangement not only offers pleasant natural light but also reinforces a sense of inclusiveness and equity among the employees.
